DY-NL Series Polyurethane Fiber Lubricant

DESCRIPTION

DY-NL Series Polyurethane Fiber Lubricants are a series of polysiloxane compound specially designed for lubricating and modifying of polyurethane fibers (spandex fibers). There are total seven models includes DY-NL102, DY-NL1021, DY-NL1022, DY-NL103, DY-NL1031, DY-NL106, and DY-NL1061.

The slippery properties orders (from high to low) of the DY-NL Series lubricants are: DY-NL1022 > DY-NL1021≈DY-NL102 > DY-NL103≈DY-NL1031 > DY-NL106≈DY-NL1061.

APPLICATIONS

DY-NL Series Polyurethane Fiber Lubricants are specially applied in the lubrication of dry spinning spandex fibers.

1. DY-NL1022 has the best slippery and softness. DY-NL102 and DY-NL1021, together with DY-NL1022, are best applied in mid-denier polyurethane fibers, especially the 40D polyurethane fibers.

2. DY-NL103 and DY-NL1031 are best applied in mid fine denier polyurethane fibers, especially the 20D polyurethane fibers.

3. DY-NL106 and DY-NL1061 are best suited in application of coarse denier (70D and above) polyurethane fibers.

HOW TO USE

Be applied by spraying or dipping process and can be used as supplied. Advisable use level is 5~6 percent of the treated polyurethane fibers by weight.

STORAGE

1. Store in original, unopened containers in dry and cold place.

2. During prolonged storage or too low temperature, there may be a slight tendency for product separation which has no detrimental effect on the performance of the material. Agitate prior to use to ensure homogeneity.

3. Shelf-life is 6 months from date of manufacture.
