DESCRIPTION
This is a kind of silicone defoamer made from poly dimethyl silicone oil and several kinds of others chemical groups, which is a kind of broad-spectrum anti-foam agent.
This products both used for water-based environment and oil-based environment, suitable for normal temperature and high temperature; has a little ability to bear acid and alkaline, is used wide arrange. It is use less, so cost is low.

USAGE
1. For Oily-based anti-foam, e.g: a. artificial leather b. All kinds of oil, painting, lubricant oil in the process of manufacturing.
C. For the anti-foam when two kinds of organic mixed.
2. For water-based anti-foam, e.g: a. Printing and dyeing , washing, paper-making, water-treatment and so on. B. Metal clean and machine cutting oil. C. Pharmacy, aginomoto, yeast and citric-acid in the process of manufacture. D. Daily chemical: In the process of produce low-foaming and no-foaming detergent.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
The products is 100% content, do not contain water or others solvent. Before used, firstly you can dispersed the products according to the water or solvent system, and then add it into the foaming systems. In order to get the most effective result, firstly mixed with the same quantity anti-foam agent and foaming system, and then add the equivalent foaming system to the first one, one by one, until the anti-foam agent come up to 5 percent, and then add the diluted solution to the foaming system, generally speaking, the lowest percentage is 10ppm, that to say, hundred thousandth of this kind of products will get a good result, the more the better.
ATTENTION
The products must be diluted according to the guide, it is forbidden to be added into the foaming system directly.
