Slipping agent for oil-based paint (anti-scratch)
Detail
Because of the small molecular interaction force and low surface tension, the silicone oil could spill into the surface of the coating, causing the special function of slipping and anti-scratch.
Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
viscosity(25℃)：100～500cp
Volatile （150℃，4h）：<1%
Flash point（℃）：300
Add 1-5 ppm will improve the leveling of the paint, meanwhile improving its’ surface smooth.
Low viscosity Good has good intermiscibilityis with resin, higher viscosity has not. More additive amount will cause shrinkage.
