APPLICATIONS
1. Lubrication of sewing threads.
2. Mold release or coatings.
HOW TO USE
1. Be applied by the lick roll process and can be used as supplied. A pickup weight of 1~2 percent is recommended.
2. There are two application methods. One method is to put DY-211 oil in the thread guiding box. The thread will absorb DY-211 oil when passing the box and be winded in cone readily. The second method is to put the thread in the rotary stirring pot and agitate until uniform.
STORAGE
1. Store in original, unopened containers at room temperature.
2. During prolonged storage, there may be a slight tendency for product separation. Agitate prior to use to ensure homogeneity.
