DY-OH5011 is a large molecules with eight methyl siloxane by cat-ionic surf-active agent by emulsion polymerization into silicone material.

5.good dispersion in water,can be used in any proportion with water dispersion,convenient,no-pollution.

Application
1. For cotton,linen,silk,wool,synthetic fiber and it's fabric finishing, after finishing, the fabric soft to touch, smooth, enhance the elasticity, abrasion resistance, wash resistance.
and can enhance the heat resistance and water-proof resistance.
2.Used in making pp, pe, polyester? industry line.
soft,smooth,enhance strength and toughness, prevent breaking, improve sewing speed.
3.For treatment of wigs and similar products, soft, bright, smooth, improve carding effect.
4.As a release agent for surface of leather? products,can protect the leather surface, non-stick.
5.Used as a stripping agent for rubber,plastic etc materials.
6.Used for flooring,furniture,sofas,lubrication maintain.
Usage & Dosage
1.For soft or surface? treatment is usually alone or mixed into solid content is 1-5% of the solution.

1.For OH5011 is a cat-ionic system,should pay attention to compatibility with other materials,especially with the anion system compatibility when is use.should prevent the demulsification.
