DY-206R Emulsifier Agent
INTUODUCTION
DY-206R emulsifier agent is specially for DY-206 anti-foaming silicone oil, the anti-foaming agent can be used for paper, metal cleaning, textiles, sewage treatment, latex, coating and so on.

APPLICATIONS
1. Specially designed for emulsifying DY-206 Silicone Fluid.
2. The emulsified silicone product can be used in a wide range of applications such as paper, metal cleaning, textile printing and dyeing, waste water treatment, latex, and coating.
HOW TO USE
1. Recommended formulation (based on 10% concentration):

2. Formulation tips:
(1). Add DY-206 and DY-206R in above ratio into reactive container equipped with a high shear agitator. Elevate temperature to 65~75℃.
(2). Stir in high shear for 15 minutes until uniform.
(3). Add the 300 share of softened water into the system while keep high uniform speed stirring of the system. Heating the formulation until it reaches 65~75℃. Stir in high shear for 30 minutes. Then stop heating. Add the left softened water into the system while keep high uniform speed stirring of the system. Then add 10% NaOH solution into the system. Keep high shear agitating of the system until it reaches room temperature.
Colloid mill can be used in the application process for better effect.

200kg metal drums
