DY-M 102 Defoamer
DESCRIPTION
DY-M102 is a new style powder antifoamer, mixed with several kinds of modified methyl silicone oil, modified ethoxy silicone oil, modified hydroxyl silicone oil and so on, for has little water, so can be added in the antifoamer for the powder raw material, which has more efficient use for solid industry detergent, washing powder, ampulla cleaning agent, concrete, modified starch and the main content of other polymer.
Outstanding character: Anti-wear, punching, extreme pressure, and easily soluble with mineral oil.

USE
Use for break the aqueous foam from chemical cleaning, waste water treatment,concrete, chemical industry production and so on.
Also can be used as the content of foam inhibition for chemical, printing and dyeing, water treatment, washing, daily additives and machinery so on.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Directly put the products on the foam.
Dissolve the products in the water absolutely, then put on the foam.
As the foam inhibitor, which can mixed with the other content, dosage should according to the experiment. Generally speaking is the point million one to point thousand one.
ATTENTION
Though it can works in acid and alkalinity condition, high concentration and high temperature will shorten the time for anti-foam, the higher the shorter. Generally speaking alkalinity solution with 20% content can works for thirty minutes in 80 centigrade.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
It is stored and transported in plastic drums as non-dangerous goods, 200kg/drum
