Description
Properties
DY-ET116 is polyester modified reactive polysiloxane with strong anti-sticking release property. With functions of leveling, defoaming, viscosity reducing, moisturizing, emulsification and softening, it is an excellent special surfactant.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent fluid (may be muddy or solidified at low temperature)

Proportion: About 1.05
Dis-solubility: Oil and water hydrophilic solvent, especially intersoluble with DMF, isopropanol, cyclohexanone and so on, hydrophilic but not soluble in water
Applications
1. When used in Pu dry fabric resin, it can prevent adhesion and assist release, improve film leveling, inhibit foam and reduce shrinkage cavity and fish eye; when used in dry Pu fabric assistant, it can prevent adhesion and improve wear resistance.
2. Excellent material of hydrophilic, anti-static and non-yellowing softener in textile industry.
3. Other applications and unfinished to be developed.
Usage & Dosage
The dosage is 0.1%-0.2% for Pu dry fabric resin to prevent adhesion and assist release and 0.8%-1.5% for fabric assistant. Generally it is diluted by solvent in advance to be conveniently added to the system. When used in softener, it should be emulsified by emulsifier in advance and then separately used or combined with others; and the dosage is 1 to 5% of the water system.
Attentions
It may affect repainting, and the viscosity will become larger if stored too long, which is beneficial to the some applications, such as the application of softener, but will reduce the leveling and dis-solubility.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation
The product shall be stored and transported by sealed plastic drums or iron drums as non-dangerous goods but shall not be mixed with acid and alkali materials, 200kg/drum.
