Properties
DY-ET113 is a kind of hydrophilic reactive polyether modified polysiloxane waterproof agent. it is to eliminate the influence of moisture on the system through collecting and reacting moisture. With functions of leveling, viscosity reducing, defoaming, moisturizing, emulsification, softening and lubrication, the product is an excellent special surfactant.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent fluid (may be muddy or solidified at low temperature)

Dis-solubility: Complete miscibility with DMF, alcohol, ketone, toluene and ester, mostly dis-solvable with water
Surface tension: 28~30mN/m
Applications
1. When used in Pu resin, it can gather and coat moisture accidentally introduced in resin, avoid Pu leather quality defect caused by inappropriate reaction, improve resin leveling, reduce shrinkage cavity and pinhole, improve hand-feel and luster of finished leather surface, increase fabric wear resistance and has effects of adhesion prevention and release assistance.
2. Other applications unfinished and to be developed.
Usage & Dosage
The dosage is 0.2%-0.5% for waterproofing in resin and 0.8%-1.5% for Pu fabric assistant. Generally, it is diluted to 10 times by solvent in advance to be conveniently added to the system.
Attentions
It may affect repainting, and the viscosity will become larger if it is placed too long.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation
The product is stored and transported by plastic drums or iron drums as non-dangerous goods 200kg/drum.
