Introduction
It is a kind of silicone prepolymer ethanol solution, the formula is as follows:
[CH3(C2H5O)2SiO0.5].[CH3(OH)3SiO0.5].[CH3(OH)(C2H5O)SiO0.5].[CH3(C2H5O)SiO].[CH3(OH)SiO].[CH3SiO1.5]
The film from it has the property of solid, transparent, excellent insulation and so on., also has the advantage of Abrasion, heat resistance, aging, radiation-resistant, low temperature embrittlement, hydrophobic, moisture-proof, non-toxic, light transmission rate and so on.This product has the low temperature curing, soluble in ethanol, butanol, isoamyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, acetone and other solvents.

Applications
1. Spray on PMMA, makrolon and so on, could improve its’ light transmissivity, abrasive resistance and resistance to ultraviolet radiation, recommended to be the glass of plane.
2. Spray on copper and aluminum could avoid antiseptic.
3. As the glazing paint of paper and ceramics(e.g the cover of poker, trademarks and books), will make them more smoothly, shining and so on.
4. The insulating paint for electronics of high temperature and high moisture use.
5. Instead of the latex paint for interior wall senior decorative coating, smooth wear-resisting, long service life
6. Surface treatment for bonding of RTV and metal.

Usage & Dosage
As alcohol as solvent, diluted it into one to ten times, then spray it on the surface with the right way, room temperature or heat both OK. In order to get a more quickly way to solid it, we also supply its’ curing agent, the ratio always be 0.1-1 percent of the solution.
Attentions
DY－111is easy to be fired, dangerous similar to alcohol. Sunshine, heat, air, acid, alkali all could speed its’ reactive, so it should be stored in the environment of gloomy and low temperature, less than three months in room temperature.
