Description
Introduction
Epoxy modified silicone oil is a kind of new style silicone oil grafted by polymethyl silicone and epoxy alkyl hydrocarbon. So it have both excellence characters of both products. The formula is (CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]ｍ[(R)(CH3)SiO]nSi(CH3)3，R stands for glycidyl ether.
Polymethyl silicone as main chain makes it has hereinafter excellence characters:
a. Excellence surface lubricate capability: When it is used for surface manage agent,it can makes the article admireable smoothness.
b. Lower surface tension, as inside affixion type accessory ingrdient, it can preferable improve the inside stress of the material., resolving the question of crisp ,crack and other question.
c. Favorable pliability.
d. Enduring high temperature and low temperature, it can be used between －60℃～+250℃
e. Enduring aging and ultraviolet radiation.
Side chain is added in some epoxy group makes it has some characters as below:
① It makes this products more mixed with organic resin(especially epoxy resin).
② For epoxy has better activity, it can be added in some other organic material, then manufactured some other products.

Use
1. As Pliability and smoothness agent for cotton silk hair and so on.
2. As the additive of shampoo, and it also can be used for smoothness of hairpiece.
3. As additive of urethane elastic fiber agent.
4. As additive of epoxy resin.
Usage and dosage
In wave industry, it must be emulsified into for latex with emulsion agent, and mixed into one percent solution. As additive of resin, it should be added in five percent to ten percent.
